Hotel Comercio

The hotel is located in a very central location very close to the Plaza Reial and the Ramblas, which is one of Barcelona’s most popular central streets for its real mix of different people, its shops and the Gran Teatro del Liceo Opera House.  It is situated in the Gothic Quarter, on the right hand side of the Ramblas looking towards the Plaça Catalunya, which is the oldest part of the city of Barcelona.  Its streets vary in style, but the old town is characterized by its narrow streets and old buildings.

The Ramblas

This 2 km long boulevard, from the Plaça de Catalunya to the port, is the best place to feel the essence of Barcelona.  There is so much going on here to see: the Canaletas fountain, people from all over the world and from all walks of life, pet shop kiosks, flower stalls, human statues, bootblacks, the Gran Teatre del Liceu Opera House and the statue of Columbus among the many other Ramblas attractions.
